This site is constructed by me and my son, Raymond, while we enjoy exploring, mapping and acting as amatuear naturilsts.
We seek to understand Southeast Michigan more deeply by exploring the Huron-Clinton Metroparks. Our region is imbued with a rich environment and natural history. And much of it captured within the 25,000+ acres of the parks.
Our site includes highly accurate maps of the park boundaries, received these directly from the HMCA, (kml and kmz files). The trail maps are created by “hand” utilizing “My Track” app for Android and an Android cell phone.
We live in a beautiful place, a special place.
